Core responsibilities for using SkilaAI.

Eligibility and agreement
By creating an account or using SkilaAI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Public self-service users must be at least 13, and anyone under the age of majority must have required parent or guardian permission. Instructor and organization account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization they identify.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, follow applicable law, respect other people and intellectual-property rights, and avoid fraud, malware, scraping, harassment, unauthorized access, model abuse, or attempts to disrupt or bypass platform controls.
Course responsibility
Instructors retain responsibility for course accuracy, permissions, accessibility, assessment quality, learner communications, and publishing decisions, including content produced with AI. Instructors grant SkilaAI the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver submitted content through the service.
AI-assisted features
AI features can produce incomplete, biased, or incorrect results and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Users must review important output and must not rely on SkilaAI for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
Purchases, subscriptions, and payouts
Prices, renewal terms, taxes, fees, trial conditions, cancellation rights, and available refunds are shown at checkout or in the applicable plan terms. Payments and eligible instructor payouts are processed through approved payment providers. Chargebacks, suspected fraud, reserves, and legally required holds may delay settlement.
Third-party services
Connected providers, embedded content, payment services, and external links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SkilaAI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Suspension and termination
SkilaAI may restrict or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Users may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to required record retention and active contractual obligations.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilaAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Service changes
Features, plan allowances, beta capabilities, integrations, and these Terms can change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the product, account notices, or the published effective date. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Contact and disputes
Contact support@skilaai.com before filing a formal claim so the parties can try to resolve the issue. The contracting entity, governing law, venue, and any organization-specific terms shown in an order form or checkout agreement control where applicable.
